Repair, Refund, and Exchange Procedures

  • Repair: If an item can be repaired, we will notify you via email and ship the repaired product back within 10-14 business days.
  • Refund: Refunds are processed within 48 hours to the original payment method once approved.
  • Exchange: Exchanges are processed, and replacement items are shipped within 10-14 business days.

Conditions for Refunds
