Shipping & Delivery Policy

U.S. Shipping

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after being placed.
Standard shipping will use the most efficient carrier. (Fedex, UPS, or USPS)
For 2nd day or next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 P.M. PST.
2nd day and next day deliveries are handled by Fedex or UPS, which cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. In such cases, USPS will be used instead which may cost more.
Orders containing back-ordered items will ship once all items are available.

International Shipping

Please email us for a quote for shipping outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
International shipping starts at $25.00, with costs increasing based on package weight.
The customer is responsible for their countries taxes and duties.
Delivery for international shipments may take up to 3 weeks.
International exchanges are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be charged to the original payment method.
